Ok...this is my last sketch for Creative scrappers, I didn't make it to the new team even though I crossed both fingers and toes...I enjoyed every minute and Kristine is the BEST - thanks for having me!

This weeks sketch is so versatile, i want to do the circle stamping too so I think I have to do another layout based on this sketch, this is what I came up with anyways with OA's lovable 5&Dime:

I LOOOVE these papers and embellies and got myself the whole loot and here are lots of close ups just because I LOOOVE these papers LOL - if you don't like them as much as I do just scroll down for a small reminder about CS!

I love this sketch so so much - the design, the doilies and the splatters - Nicole is such a natural when it comes to sketches, isn't she?!

M for Magnolia...

My dream is to have a big, beuatiful magnolia tree or bush and so far I'm not having alot of luck with my magnolias...but I'm keeping my dream alive...

Jag älskar veckans skiss hos Creative scrappers!

I really love this weeks sketch at Creative scrappers! 

Som tur var hann jag få en massa fina papper att scrappa med, Echo park's For the record:

Jag älskar också Non stop och jag vet att jag borde men jag kan inte sluta äta dem, jag tröttnar aaaldrig! En liten tröst är att det faktiskt är mörk choklad i dem och det är ju liiiite bättre än vanlig mjölkchoklad...

Pappersremosr i lager på lager, fina utstansade fjärilar, mist och lite doodling, så kändes det klart!

På söndagar kommer en ny härlig skiss hos Creative scrappers och den här veckans skiss är så snygg och användbar, titta bara:

Every Sunday there's a new sketch iover at Creative scrappers and this weeks sketch is so gorgeous and versatile, look for yourself:

Jag använde cirkeln på skissen till min titel om en alldeles speciell parfym, jag köpte en ny parfym som jag aldrig använt tidigare speciellt till vår bröllopsdag och nu kommer den parfymen alltid påminna mig (och min man!) om vårt bröllop! Doftminnet är ju bland det starkaste sinnesintrycket vi har!

Bakom fotot är en journalinglapp med en liten historia om "vår" parfym!

Nu tycker jag att du ska kila över till Creative scrappers och titta på teamets tolkningar och se vad du kan vinna om du är med och skapar efter skissen!

Äntligen söndag igen och dags för en ny sketch hos Creative scrappers! 

Finally sunday again and time for another sketch reveal over at Creative scrappers!! 

Här är min tolkning av skissen, jag höll mig ganska nära men bytte ut en fyrkant mot en journalinglapp istället och använde tre foton. Jag njuter av de nya Sassafraskollektionerna och här har jag blandat "Starters" med lite gamla dekorationer - stickers, blommor och bårder!

Here's my take on the sketch, I stayed pretty true to it, replaced one of the squares with a journaling spot and used three photos, I'm so enjoying the new Sassafras lines and here I mixed "Starters" with alot of old embellies - stickers and flowers and borders! 

Jag älskade den här skissen och blev inspirerad att leka med mister för att skapa cirklarna! Dessutom en massa doodling med svart penna här och där:

I really loved this sketch and was inspired to play with mists for the circles! Some black doodling and outlining here and there: 

Det här färgschmeat med rött, gult och oranga toner gör mig så himla glad, håller du inte med?!

The color scheme with reds, yellows and oranges just makes you happy, don't it?!  

Journaling says: "I'm so incredibly blessed to have gotten the gift of having the three of you in my life! You make me a better person and I love you {THREE}"

Creative scrappers # 146

Äntligen dax för sketch #146 hos Creative scrappers och delar av det nya designteamet att visa upp sina alster! Här är sketchen! 

Yay! Finally time to reveal the new sketch from Creative scrappers and the first group of the new creative team! Woohooo! Here it is! 

Here's my take, I was inspired byt the circles and the butterflies and followed the sketch pretty much as it is:

I've used green and silver mists and blooms, trims and flowers from Webster's pages as well as the papers. I stamped the vellum with archival ink and when dry I punched butterflies. 

I wanted a special title for the layout and eventually decided on the song "It's a beautiful day" by U2 fro my titel, do you ever use song titles as titles for your layouts?

Yippie!!!

Jag trodde knappt mina ögon när jag öppnade mailet från Kristine där hon välkomnade mig till Designteamet för Creative scrappers våren 2011!!! Jag är sååå glad och och otroligt stolt - älskar deras skisser!

I am now officially on the Design team for Creative Scrappers!!! Woohooo!! I took a shot at the DT-call and couldn't believe my eyes getting the email from Kristine the other day! Happy! Happy! HAPPY! Love the sketches!
